The Constellation Shirt is sewn in the city of Asahi, at a factory responsible for producing garments for many historic Japanese designers. Its silky cotton fabric is sourced from the Nagoya region of Japan and undergoes a silk-touch treatment, giving it a softness comparable to that of 100% silk textiles.
Pearlized two-hole buttons are hand-sewn asymmetrically across the shirt, flowing from the concealed front button placket to the back yoke. Buttons of varying sizes are scattered throughout the fabric to evoke the depth and irregularity of the night sky.
