RETURN POLICY

All purchases made through Sachraga are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to fit, sizing, preference, wear, damage after delivery, or ordering errors.

Product Quality

In the uncommon event that an item arrives with a manufacturing or quality issue present at the time of delivery, Sachraga may review the matter.

Such issues are limited to matters of materials or construction that materially affect the intended use of the product. Natural variations in fabric, leather, dye, grain, texture, or finish — as well as characteristics inherent to small-batch or handmade production — are not considered quality issues.

Requests

Any request relating to a product quality concern must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to:

Requests must include:

  • Order number

  • A brief written description

  • Clear photographs for review

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be considered.

Sachraga retains sole discretion in determining whether a reported issue qualifies for review.

Resolution

If a manufacturing or quality issue is confirmed, Sachraga’s obligation is limited, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to:

  • Repair of the item, or

  • Replacement with the same item, subject to availability

Refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law. If repair or replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Condition

Any item approved for return must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Shipping

For approved quality-related matters only, Sachraga will provide return shipping instructions. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Acknowledgement

By placing an order with Sachraga, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, subject only to the limited considerations outlined above.
